How statuses work

Your status tells people how you're doing before they write. It appears as a small colored dot on your photo and as a capsule in your profile and chat header.

The four statuses

Online You're available to chat.

Working Focused — you may reply later.

Resting Taking a break.

Do Not Disturb Busy — notifications are delivered quietly.

Who sees your status

By default your contacts see it. You can change this in You → Privacy & Security → Status: Everyone, My Contacts or Nobody.

Changing your status

Open the You tab and tap your status under your name. Statuses can only be changed from your own profile.

Custom statuses (Plus)

With Nooklith Plus you can create your own statuses with emoji and text, change them on a schedule and send an automatic reply while you're Resting or in Do Not Disturb.
